We focus on all types of plastic scraps, especially chasing arrows SPI system #2-7 (indicated on the bottom of plastic products). With our proprietary technology, we are able to reverse both recyclable and non-recyclable plastic waste back to their highest conversion rate. The idea is simple, plastic comes from petroleum, which is a refined product. We reverse it back to its former stage by using our proprietary process.

Diesel fuel and Pyrolysis Oil
Diesel fuel oil is greatly accepted and used over the world by manufacturers equipped with boilers, generators, internal combustion engines and/or external combustion engines. Our plastic converted Diesel Fuel Oil contains high calories/Kcal with ultra-low sulfur, which performs far superior to ASTM, EU, EPA, ECA and several other standards. It is a great alternative to replace heavy fuel oil and industrial diesel fuel in that it reduces sulfur oxides (SOx), nitrogen oxides (NOX), particulate matter (PM) — and climate pollutants, including carbon dioxide (CO2) and nitrous oxide (N2O). PSD’s Light Diesel Fuel Oil is an outstanding alternative for a greener, renewable energy. Pyrolysis Oil is also a great choice to produce recycled plastic into circular economy.

The finished product meets several industry standards (SGS Reports), yet consists of a high number of calories when compared to the same level of product. Our current processing plant is approximately 40,000 sq/ft and we are capable to treat about 100 tons of plastic scrap per month.
